I noticed visitors kept coming back about my previous post on Kuwait Embassy in Philippines. In this little way, I hope it’s a big help to those who are looking for the new address & location of Kuwait Embassy in Philippines.
I remember we had a hard time locating the embassy after they moved out from their old address in Makati and it was even more harder (our vacation was somehow spoiled) when I came to know that Aboitiz is no longer handling the courier of the documents to the Embassy of Kuwait-Manila. Grrr!!! Heheheh :-)

There are some points that I want to share before visiting the Embassy of Kuwait-Manila:
- Call the Embassy of Kuwait – Manila before visiting the embassy to process your visa stamping (+63 2 556 3861-4).
- Inquire (while holding your original Kuwait visa) the transmittal visa dates in order to find out when is the best date to visit the embassy. You can check the dates (located on the lower left of the visa) as per the given transmittal dates.
- It’s useless to start processing your visa stamping if the visa is not yet included on the transmittal dates.
- Don’t fail to ask the exact & correct requirements you need to bring before proceeding to the embassy.
- If you have all the requirements and transmittal date advise then I think you are ready to go.
- It’s important to carry with you at least to valid ID: 1 for the security and the other is for the embassy.
- By the way, I processed Dependent/ Family visa and not working or visit visa.

Can i Just ask what are the requirements needed for the dependent /family visa. i would be bringing my daughter this month her flight would be on april 26 and i send already the following documents to the philippines
1. SPA for my brother to get all the necessary documents needed and sign for my behalf.
2.Affidavit of Support and consent
3. Parental travel permit
4. Plane ticket
5. Dependent Visa
Do he still need to go for an appointment or can they go directly to the embassy?

I would highly suggest calling the Kuwait Embassy in Manila, I think there are some slight changes to their procedures. Pls refer to the above tel. nos. Pls don't forget to mention to Kuwait Embassy that your brother has already the important/required documents to finalize the procedure. All the best!
What basically are the documents to be brought for stamping? I am also processing dependent visa. Is it true that I have to undergo medical? Do I have to have ticket already?

You have to bring with you all the original documents (attested). What I learned recently is that 18 y/o above has to undergo medical procedures.
Air ticket can be obtained later after all the process has been completed in order to avoid re-booking fees.

According to my observations, there are cases that they were able to get a job on a visit visa but not in all cases. If so, wait for the advise of the employer on which documents you have to process for authentication. The documents you mentioned are most probably to be lined up to process for authentication.
Further, it is advisable to have one's credentials authenticated if he/she is desiring to work overseas whether to Middle East or any where in Western countries.

It is highly advisable to coordinate immediately with the person who issued the visa in order to amend and correct the mismatch of the information on the documents.

As I understood, police clearance can be obtained from your respective local municipality office. Its like NBI that can be obtained from NBI office.

Hi thor, your website is really informative. I have a job offer in Kuwait as a Receptionist (direct hiring). I think the company who gave me the offer is a manpower agency in Kuwait, because they told me I will be working as a Receptionist in another company in Kuwait. They asked for my full body photo, scanned copy of passport, attested police clearance which I think is the NBI Clearance, and medical certificate from GAMCA accredited clinic. They need those for the visa.
Are there really manpower agencies based in Kuwait that recruit people from the Philippines? And is the full body photo a requirement for the Receptionist position?
I am an ex-abroad from KSA and I have never been to Kuwait yet. Thank you for your time.

I think there are recruitment or manpower agencies in Kuwait and looks like that they are not only sourcing locally but maybe within the Middle East region or even in Southeast Asia. Full body photograph I think it's not an issue. Since personality is very important as a Receptionist, maybe that's why they require a full body photo.

Hi, Hope you could answer my inquiry. I am based here in Kuwait and would like to ask about authentication of school credentials sa Kuwait embassy. I already had it authenticated by DFA, but upon searching on procedures, kailangan pa pala i-authenticate sa Kuwait Embassy -Manila (which I failed to do) before Phil Embassy here in Kuwait could authenticate it and later on translated and stamped by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kuwait. Sorry for the late reply. Good to know that you will be able to bring you son. Yes, you need to visit Kuwait Embassy but please call them before visiting to know which documents you need to provide. No medical requirements for ages 11 yrs old and below but reconfirm with the Kuwait Embassy..

Sorry for the late reply. If they're sending the original Kuwait visa thru courier like DHL, I think it only takes three to four days.

Sorry for the late reply. As far as I remember, it would take more than a week. I think you have to wait for the documents to be delivered back to you thru DHL. I would suggest to call them for follow up if it's really urgent.

It would be preferred to obtain medical certs from the clinics/hospitals that are accredited by GAMCA. You may verify once more from Kuwait Embassy to clear your doubts.

I applied a Police Certificate in the Philippines in your good office last March 9, 2016 one month before I landed here in Canada last April 20, 2016. In Sep. 9, 2016 it will turn 6 months. I need it very badly because Canadian embassy is giving me an deadline bafore Sept 23, 2016 to submit it and secure my permanent residency.
